I came to yoga for the workout and stayed for the clarity. What began as a way to “get in shape” quickly became a steady, grounding practice that changed how I move through the world — calmer, stronger, and more present. That experience continues to shape how I teach.
My classes are rooted in intelligent sequencing, breath-led movement, and clear, thoughtful cueing. I’m known for creating practices that feel both accessible and deeply intentional — the kind of classes where you feel supported, challenged in the right ways, and leave clearer than when you walked in. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or refining an established practice, my goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and trust in your body without pressure or hype.
I’m a 200-hour E-RYT and Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider with over a decade of experience teaching in studios, online, and in private settings. Before teaching yoga, I worked as a corporate training consultant focused on leadership and executive development. Today, I blend that background with my yoga training to design thoughtful, science-informed wellness programs for individuals, teams, and organizations — creating spaces where both people and performance can thrive.
In addition to studio classes, I offer private sessions, workshops, and customized wellness programming for both personal and professional communities.
